We operate a producer, processor and marketer of Chicken and Beef in Africa. We developed greenfield land into agricultural assets that include farms, a processing plant and a feed plant. We practice integrated farming practices which minimize pollution and waste while increasing productivity and resource efficiency.

Multi-Franchise Platform Company

We manage a company that operates a franchise platform, facilitating the connection between innovative businesses in the fields of youth sports, education, and EdTech with consumers who have goals related to fun, fitness, recreation, and education. Our brands, which span from crib to college, have a strong presence in the United States.

REAL ESTATE

The firm is currently executing an opportunistic strategy focused on contrarian, distressed and value-add real estate investments in the United States. The investments are in middle-income housing units located in sub-markets that have a confluence of major Universities and Hospitals with upside potential through improvements and/or renovation leading to high rental yields and appreciation. On average, our cherry-picked sub-markets outperform other markets across all economic cycles, which increases the risk-adjusted returns of our portfolio.

STARTUPS

We make angel, pre-seed, seed and series A investments in startups. We are industry agnostic even though we prefer certain industries and businesses to others.
